The Good News of Jesus Christ

The Beginning

God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. Genesis 1.27

The Fall

Everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. Romans 3.23

 The Consequence

The wages of sin is death. Romans 6.23

God’s Loving Rescue

God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. Romans 5.8

The Benefit for Us

“For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.” John 3.16

 Our Response

Now repent of your sins and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped away. Then times of refreshment will come from the presence of the Lord. Acts 3.19-20

Our Salvation

Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13

 Our Time is Now

To all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God. They are reborn– not with a physical birth resulting from human passion or plan, but a birth that comes from God. John 1.12-13

 Pray this prayer to receive salvation through Jesus Christ:

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God,

Have mercy on me, a sinner.

Forgive my sins and make me your child—

Born again and filled with your Holy Spirit,

And grant me eternal life through your Name. Amen
